despite the poor shooting, free throws and rebounding problems - the worst thing to me is the lack of poise when the game is on the line. I wonder if we can win any game on the road when we completely flop at the end of games. Right now we seem to be even with Michigan and Penn State for that 7-9 slot in the Big Ten. I hate to say it, but Wisconsin looked dang good beating Duke - They don't turn it over and they rebound (3 MN kids). I can only hope we can hold serve at home for the rest of the season!

Basketball IQ seems to be lacking with this squad. I really felt that last years team was able to overcome a lot with their press and the ability to have one guy step it up offensively. I don't see these things hapening so far this year. Tough to overcome mental mistakes when other aspects aren't working as well.

Have to agree on the key "end of game" possessions last night. There's no nice way to say it; like you said, the Gophers panicked the last few possessions and completely wet their pants when the game was being decided. Did they even get a shot off? That was very troubling.

It seems like last year this team 'found a way to win' a lot of games when it was crunch time. This year seems to be the opposite.
