Ray Epps saying, "We need to go into the capitol!"

The crowd starts yelling, "Fed, Fed, Fed!"

Ray is walking around free and no loony lefty cares who he is, or that he was a Fed telling people to walk in. Holy Shit, would that blow the narrative.
This guy did it all? Are we sure he’s not really umbrella man?

As a fan of yet to be revealed evidence,
I suggest you sit tight. There are a whole bunch of documents 45 is asking not to be released regarding 1/6. It is setting up an interesting Constitutional question. By your usual logic, he must have something to hide. Personally I find the request overly broad, and suspect the Supreme Court will hear Trump’s appeal. He will end up having to submit some documents, but the request will need to be narrowed to be legal.
It's a 6 year political fishing expedition. Trump is the most investigated man in history. I suspect you will get him any minute. Investigate away.

Back to the snark, Howie? Just not a bright look, when it is so obvious that you want to obscure truth, by making fun of it.

Or, perhaps there is a parallel to the claims. The devil made us do it. If that one guy hadn’t shown up, the Capitol would not have been breached, and Lake Street would have been spared.

It isn’t up to me. It is up to the Supreme Court. We shall see if 45 made wise choices.

Ok. That's fine. Like I say, have at him, if he did something wrong, then nail him.

Let's do some real talk for a moment.

Ray Epps is on tape exhorting people to go into the capitol building the next day. Except Ray himself never went in (odd) and the people he was yelling to recognized he might well be a fed.
Ray Epps was on the FBI wanted list. Then when an article came out about the possibility of Feds involved on J6, his name disappeared. Today the FBI refused to comment on Epps in Congress. Wouldn't it have been super easy for them to just say that Epps is a citizen and not an FBI agent and that no FBI agent was involved in J6? There is no law preventing them from denying involvement.

But they didn't. Your response? This guy did it all? When you respond like that you are not someone that wants truth. The serious answer is of course he did not, but it raises serious questions about the FBI setting up a lot of the events of J6. You want Trump investigated for the 1000th time, but you don't really want to know if the workings of J6 were a Fed setup.

That says a lot about you. You are willing to live with any amount of corruption on the side you like.
That's disgusting. You have seen 5 years of this from Russiagate on and your response is still a little snark and the wave of a hand.

I am glad you were out skating with the kids tonight. That's fantastic. I hope that apathy doesn't ruin the freedom for them that you and I enjoyed all of these years. I'm speaking out for my kids and their kids. We all should be.

It’s possible, he is an informant, he could be a protected witness, or he could be an ordinary guy no longer of interest. I don’t see why the FBI has an interest in inciting that crowd. If it is an anti Trump thing, a
l they had to do was sit tight and do nothing and he’d be gone.

Your link doesn’t make much of a case. As far as I can tell, the leading proponent of that theory is Tucker Carlson.

Sounds like the butterfly effect. Guys says something on Tuesday that turns into a a riot on Wednesday. But maybe I'm wrong. Maybe that some amazing psyops thing were someone says something to you and you know its wrong but you do it anyway.

That video looked to me like pathetic street argument about tactics that most people there were simply ignoring. It wasn't "the crowd" that yelled, it was the small group who were arguing with him.

Why did police escort some into the capitol?
Why did Pelosi refuse the national guard presence requested by Trump?
Why do we have no clue who the pipe bombers were? Why would MAGA folks want to pipe bomb their own protestors?
Why the lies about the Sicknick death?
Why did they hide the identity of the killer of the lady in the capitol?

The FBI wanted the Trump legacy obliterated. They hated him for finding out their corruption and standing up to it. That's why inciting the protestors at the capitol, using Feds and covering for the presence of Antifa was actually highly likely to be something they did. A peaceful protest was good press for Trump, but one that involved getting into the capitol building and some violence, well that the media could use against Trump. Trump should have known they might pull something like this, to be honest.

As Schumer once said about Trump...

Schumer: Intelligence Agencies ‘Have Six Ways From Sunday Of Getting Back At You’

https://thefederalist.com/2019/09/2...-six-ways-from-sunday-of-getting-back-at-you/

All of this sets against the back drop of years of FBI and intel agency corruption that are well documented. This wouldn't be isolated or surprising corruption on their part at all.

783 people have been arrested. Very little violence happened. Yet Ray Epps is of no interest.

If you have a brain, you find that very interesting.

Hey Dunces,

Here is a guy actually telling people to go into the capitol and it's apparently not a big deal.

Trump, who never told them to go into the capitol, is the reason it all happened.

Make it a pay site, Mods!

It's just that I despise white privelege is all. I've been taking CRT classes you know.

And why not bring it up as all these weird occurrences on capitol are mocked in this thread. I thought I'd try something different.

One guy didn’t start the J6 riot anymore than one guy with an umbrella started the MPLS riots. It was stupid when some lefties on here claimed the latter and it is stupid now when some righties are claiming the former. I’m going to say something wild - the rioters are to blame for the riots.

I agree with you but the Ray Epps story is interesting and seems to have been brushed aside.

We know Epps was there, we know what he was doing, was on the FBI’s wanted list in connection with the riot and then he was taken off the list and no one can or seems willing to answer why.

The FBI put him on a poster, and then went, whoops! That’s one of ours! If this is the case, it isn’t an organization capable of conspiracy.

Clearly the FBI isn’t capable of planting agents at a violent insurrection. It’s absolutely impossible.

The rank and file put him on a poster. Someone higher had him taken off.

They look inept because they are corrupt. Oh, we lost the Epstein evidence-oops. Oh- we committed a couple of hundred errors with Russiagate- oops. Oh - we just found out that Hillary's emails are on Anthony Weiner's laptop and we have known that for a while, but oops, it slipped between the cracks. We never investigated Seth Rich that was the DC police. FOIA request....oops we have his laptop and 20,000 responsive documents on that. You can't have them but we do. Hunter's laptop, full of incriminating evidence, turned in by computer guy who had been told FBI would investigate. A year later, the FBI: sure we have it. Bruce Ohr's wife worked for Fusion GPS on the Trump Russian collusion fairy tale.

The FBI is a fine and competent operation with a world of capability and expertise. The upper management is corrupt to the core. They are politically weaponized. They hated Trump, because he disturbed their kingdom and authority.

Who is claiming that Ray Epps started the capitol riots? No one. The claim, and it is a legitimate one, is that the Feds could easily have kept the peace, but instead were there stirring up protestors. Ray Epps is a possible data point- nothing more. There are videos of crowds standing there peacefully and then smoke bombs getting lobbed into the crowds. There are videos of cops letting people into the building and opening gates for people. Why was Trump's request for National Guard turned down?

The history of Trump rallies is peaceful. By contrast the history of BLM and Antifa riots is violent. There simply is no comparison to the behavior of the two groups.

The pipe bombs were in the Republican and Democratic headquarters. Look at a map, those are too far from the Capitol to hurt any protesters there with a pipe bomb. They were likely planted to divert emergency services AWAY from the Capitol.

I'm a bit suspect of Ted, since his interest in this immediately follows Tucker embarassing him on live TV. That was ugly. Tucker was clearly intending to harm Ted, and Ted didn't stand up for himself at all. How to get back at Tucker? Become the leading proponent of his "the Feds did it" theory! Atta boy Ted!
