Makes it damn hard to be an AD. Damn hard to hire a coach. Damn hard to coach too, I guess. As soon as something goes wrong, every internet expert piles on and cuts you to pieces so you can't recruit any more. Not unique to this board, to be sure, but the internet sure destabilizes the profession.
So, I don't really too much who is hired, but its important we all strongly support the regime. Even when they lose a few games, which they will. I think a successful program needs to come from the ground up as much as top down. If there is strong, consistent support for U football by the community AND a good regime in place, good things can happen.
