If anyone has seen information on how these two programs will work together or affect each other - I would love to see it. It sounds like the final ruling on the House Settlement (revenue sharing) will be April 7th. So schools cannot promise (can they?) revenue sharing money to their athletes or recruits prior to that settlement getting signed. The transfer portal opens for business on the 24th of March. Will players wait a few weeks more this year to see what combination of NIL and revenue sharing they can get from prospecting schools or will they just sign for the NIL and assume that the revenue sharing money will come? This is a weird year because of the gap in time frame.
