So if I have it right, regardless of what happens vs Ohio State, we still essentially "control our own destiny" if we win the two tough road games, correct?

That being said, we want Iowa to beat UW, and then UW to beat Nebraska, right?

Neb, WI and MN all have 1 conference loss. We can lose to OSU (for 2 losses) and then win out. Our winning out would guarantee WI and NEB a second conference loss, and the tiebreaker would go to us.

Yes since we would hold the tiebreaker over all 3 of Iowa Wisconsin and Nebraska

Not quite. the loser of Neb and Wisconsin would already have 2 losses, so the loser would be at 3 losses. Neb and Wisconsin play each other 1 week from today.

Correct.

But due to tie breakers, we'd still have to win our last two to win the title.

The Ohio state game doesn't matter in the big ten west.

UNLESS
We win.

We could then split the last two. The team that beat us would have to lose to Iowa and the other of Wisconsin/Nebraska

We are still going to control our own destiny on November 22. Pretty dang cool.

The Big Ten West is one of the best-kept secrets in all of College Football. I'm so glad the re-figured the divisions as they did. Minnesota,
Nebraska, Iowa, and Wisconsin are all natural rivals of each other, have deep football tradition, and figure to be contenders with each other
most of the time. It is not a good foursome. It is a GREAT foursome.

Throw in the others, who will produce contenders from time to time as well, you have the makings of a division that is well on its way
to developing its own identity and tradition.

Same result from the MN point-of-view. We need to win our last two.

While true, the likelihood of Iowa playing spoiler is little to none.

I've heard a few people say this now. There is no reason Iowa can't win one of their last 2 home games. We bounced back from a bad loss, so can they. With that said I hate Iowa.
