Meek: P.J. Fleck is a polarizing figure in the coaching profession. I know some schools were turned off by his persona when he was at Western Michigan, but he’s 39-24 at Minnesota and on his way to a fourth winning season in six years. Whether he can get the Golden Gophers to a Big Ten championship game remains to be seen, but he’s already done more than I would have projected when he was hired.
