Never.

11-7 Ohio State (2015-16) is the precedent setter.

In my opinion lack of good wins.

Best 3 are Michigan, Maryland, and Penn State, all at home. Best non-conference win is Boston College, also in Lincoln.

B1G schedule didn't help either. Played MSU, OSU, Purdue, and Michigan once apiece, and only one of those was in Lincoln.

And if they had simply hung on to beat Kansas. Kansas got a late bucket to win it. With a win there Cornhuskers likely getting tons more respect now.

I think you have to throw the RPI and Quadrant wins b.s. out the window for Nebraska. To me, they clearly pass the eye test and the results don't indicate anything differently.

If they get passed over for some garbage sub .500 ACC, SEC, Big 12 team (and so help me God if it's Oklahoma), I am really going to feel angry about a team I don't care about.
