A man with tremendous courage and honor.

Agreed. So much respect for him.

Go Jerry Kill!!

Heartbreaking situation and press conference.

What a man. I can see why the team loves this guy. Continued to teach them even during his retirement announcement.

I'm going to miss this guy, as will the University of Minnesota. I hope he maintains the strongest connection possible.

That press conference was heart breaking to listen to.

Best of luck Coach Kill. Take care of yourself and your family.

Agreed, heartbreaking is the word I'd use. Watching the video it is easy to see how devastating this is to him, but it seems to be the best decision for him and his family. I hope he remains in Minnesota and a part of our community and University.

Boy, so true. An example for all of us in all walks of life. Take care of yourself Jerry Kill

Coach deserves his day in the sun. I hope the U comes up with a way to honor Jerry at one of our remaining home games.

Coach Kill has shown tremendous courage, which is something college athletes need to see, heck everyone needs to see courage. This should be honored as part of Coach Kill's legacy.

I love the guy, he represented everything great about college football. He will be missed.

This hits so close to home. My wife has struggled will chronic pain, seizures, and the medication that goes with it. The stuff f's with your mind and body! It is an everyday struggle pulling thoughts and routine together. This is what Coach is saying. The medications along with epilepsy have taken his ability to clearly manage his mind and body. It's devastating and without a doubt starts to tear at faith and family.

My wife saw the conference this morning and instantly text me that is hit close to home. Just that acknowledgement is a step for us.

Thank you coach.

Couldn't agree more. That took a sh!t ton of courage. Best wishes to Kill and I hope he gets everything in order.
