Tanner, and the other, are some excellent young men on and off the field. I like PJ's culture of forming boys into men as much as the winning. There is certainly a strong correlation that the type of player PJ recruits and what he expects of them off the field contributes strongly to the W's on the field. Tanner exemplifies what is right with the system.
