Taking shuttle to stadium after start of game?

Does anyone have any experience taking the shuttle from the fairgrounds to the stadium AFTER the game has started? I have to be somewhere till 11:15 on Saturday & wouldn't be able to make it to the parking lot at fairgrounds till probably 11:30. I really want to go to the game, but if I am wasting too much time waiting for the shuttle, I'd rather sell the ticket or give it to a friend. Thanks in advance
