Tailgating Question

Hello Minnesota, I will be attending this weeks game with 10 friends and will be bringing an RV up to tailgate. I see that game day RV parking is at the St.Paul fairgrounds, but the university limits time to only 6 hours before kickoff. Are there any other lots, non-university lots, that do not have time limits on them? We would like to start tailgating as soon as possible on Saturday.

I believe all lots that have been designated for tailgating fall under this rule. I'm sure there are others who have found an independent lot not falling under any tailgating rules.
