Athletic director

Norwood Teague, ousted in 2015 because of sexual indiscretions, was said to make $500,000 in 2013, on a base salary of $422,000.

Daryl Gross, in 2013, got an $848,662 compensation package from SU.

Beth Goetz, Minnesota's interim athletic director since Aug. 7, was reported to have a base salary of $265,000 for this year.

Joel Maturi, the Minnesota AD from 2002-2012, made $351,900 his final year.

Football coaches

Jerry Kill made $2,932,000 in his final year at Minnesota, a number that includes bonuses.

Tracy Claeys, hired last Nov. 11, signed a 3-year deal worth $4.5 million

Dino Babers was hired in Dec. 2015. His predecessor, Scott Shafer, made $1.3 million his final season at SU.

Basketball coaches

Richard Pitino signed a 6-year contract in 2013. He was set to make $1.6 million this past season.

Jim Boeheim made $2.14 million, including bonuses and other compensation according to Syracuse's last 990 filing.

Surprised Boeheim doesn't make more than that. Huge stadium with full houses all the time and a lot of success and he is only making $600,000 more than Pitino.

Some of comments I've seen from 'Cuse believe he has upgraded in jobs, and it sure looks that way on paper. Hopefully, his leadership here will make him an attractive candidate for a lot of other jobs. It's the Hodger, "If other places want your guy, it means you have had success" theory.
