Communication needs to be the key.

Coach tells you to just go out and tackle that guy is one thing and yeah you just take your orders.

Health stuff... you gotta work with these guys.

I think some schools and coaches are just behind the time on that kind of thing.

Nice to see actual interview where good questions are asked and guys can answer intelligently (with a little pause to gather thoughts) felt like a real conversation as opposed to all the scripted you ask me this and I'll answer this we usually get.

So Players complaint is that, NCAA and Leagues drag their feet to outline a process on how practicing and playing will go forward AND come up with their plans in a vacuum where players (the largest group being protected) aren't given input.
