I like to look through Mid-Major rosters from time to time to see if there are any guys that would fit here. One is Max Ambas from Oral Roberts. 4 year stud who I think can play one more season. Johnson has to find 1-2 really good PG's to turn this around. Find guys with a grad year or COVID season left to come in for one season.

If he is leaving Oral Roberts, it is for a big time program (but most likely the NBA draft), not the gophers. He was a pre-season all american.

Why don't we wait until players actually enter the portal? If we need guards, there are a couple of potentials there but not much yet.
 











More athletic than Garcia.. not great with his back to the hoop in a small conference.. benefits from his size with put backs and rebounds.. faces up nice.. but not super physical and how he gets points some of that ain’t translating to Power 6… if he improves on 28% from three maybe

Thanks for the info though. I dont watch the Summit anymore due to having a kid but I really do enjoy that league.

Dude can coach - my only concern with him is he has far and away the best talent in that league. It’s not even close…I guess they are doing what they should be (going undefeated in conference play and most likely winning the tourney*they would get in even without winning the auto-bid*)
 



if we can convince DeVries to coach we get his son as well. Would fill our SF spot nicely
 




Doing the job for the HC. I thought he was supposed to be a fantastic recruiter. Why does he need help?

would be an interesting spot for him to go IMO. With Hepburn & Essegian. Roll with those 3 at guard and Crowl & Wahl as the bigs......i dont like it

also have Klesmit who is getting 30 plus minutes a game as well this year

There may have been updated rumors, but the first one I heard was that he was transferring to a "Big Ten school, not Minnesota". I think the assumption is Wisconsin because he's from there, but the way UST plays is more like Iowa (good offense, bad defense).

Watching what happens with Wahl, btw...
