Special teams: Kickoff coverage formation

Special teams has been a glaring weakness for this team all year.
 


Before the kick I was telling everyone else in the room that I hoped we onside kicked that one - to catch them off guard and I had a bad feeling kicking that one deep against the wind.
 

Not only are they 5 yards behind the kicker at impact...they are running sideline to sideline???

Not to mention...I forgot to look again to be sure...but I think when we receive kickoffs we are 15 yards from the ball.
 


We've been doing that crap all year on kickoffs. I would be more than OK with Rob Wenger not being in charge of special teams in 2020.
 

We've been doing it all year....it's always freaked me out....wiscy saw it and game planned that reverse return well.
