Saw a tweet that Wenger is out on recruiting trail, so it looks like any change there will have to wait until after signing day or more likely the bowl game.
However, I didn't realize that he is also the Rush Ends coach on defense, so that plays into things. Contracts are up on on January 31st, 2022 for Wenger, Burns, Simon, Patterson, Rossi, and Haynes.
