To me the Kill staff has no ambition to game plan to Gray, Lair and McKnight's strengths, so let's just get the young kids in there and rebuild, a la the Twins with our minor leaguers playing the season.

They're doing what they can for Gray. But Mcknight deserves to stand on the sideline. All he does is bring the team down with his attitude.
