Skunks or LSU? Do you saddle up with the B1G?

I actually think Becky has a chance if they can run the ball against the tough LSU defense. Clements is apparently healthy, and Wisconsin has a really good defense to stop the big LSU back Leonard Fournette Jr.Big question mark for Becky is the QB situation. " Sheriff Bart" ( cue up Blazing Saddles) Bart Houston. Backed up Stave last year,
and had limited playing time, except the Illinois game when Stave was injured. For me, Skunks losing on the sacred ground of Lambeau field is the tie breaker. Go
LSU! Not really other eye openers in the B1G this weekend except maybe the Rutgers /Washington game.

Les Miles is a B1G alum. I will therefore root for LSU over the skunks. I also think Baton Rouge needs a positive story right now.

You're right..... didn't factor in the Baton Rough situation. More reason to root for LSU.

I hope this game is the first crumbling piece of foundation that causes the badgers to collapse back to 1986.

I have had to do work in Louisiana and come to detest the state almost as much as Wisconsin.

I think Wisconsin's once dominant offensive line is one or two injuries away from complete meltdown. If you look at their Week 1 depth chart:
http://www.buckys5thquarter.com/201...-1-lsu-bart-houston-corey-clement/in/12490219

Left tackle Ryan Ramczyk Brett Connors
Left guard Micah Kapoi OR Jon Dietzen
Center Michael Deiter Brett Connors
Right guard Beau Benzschawel Micah Kapoi
Right tackle Jacob Maxwell Brett Connors

Notice that Brett Connors is the backup RT, C, and LT, which doesn't say much about their depth. On paper, it looks like WI's O-Line depth issues are way more severe than MN's. And with LSU, MSU, MI, OSU, and Iowa in the first 6 weeks, it's going to be a challenge to field a healthy line through that tough stretch.

They need to get that Brett Connors guy a personal security detail.

I hope LSU wins by 100.

I never thought I would hate anything more than the Badgers and Packers.... Lately, my hatred of the SEC has trumped the place to our East. Go Big Ten (I will not say the team name!)

I will be interested to see how their defense does against Fournette.

I am so conflicted. I abhor Bucky with a passion, but I am SO sick and tired of hearing about "SEC is the king, SEC is better than you, SEC SEC SEC"... it'd be a nice statement by the BIG10...

I want it to be a close game, and the victor would win off a butt fumble.

B1G has to beat SEC. I'll be pulling for the cheesedips, but I won't be sorry if they lose. It's kind of a win/win situation, because it'll make me smile to see either team lose. :D

This whole cheering for a conference meme needs to die. Go Tigers.

My sister and brother-in-law went to school at Tulane. Some of the times when I went to visit, I would land in Baton Rouge and would visit the campus before heading to NOLA. I really like the campus. I like Louisiana.

I'm torn, I hate Wisconsin, but a win would give us bragging rights over those inbred hicks from down South. I think I'm gonna have to go with LSU. The hatred of all things badgers is too strong.

Hard to do, but I gotta say I'm with you. SEC fan smugness is off the charts, even the ones from the bad teams.

I don't really have Big Ten loyalty when it comes to our border rivals. Wisconsin's success directly affects our chances in recruiting, etc. I want them demoralized. Besides that, whisky fans are at least as insufferable (and drunk) as SEC fans. Anyone other than our border rivals I'm on board. GO LSU!

Agreed. I will Never, under any circumstances, cheer for the drunk skunks. I wished the Vikes would have lost #2- perfect for him, this week.
