Single-Game Tickets Go On Sale Monday

The University of Minnesota will put single-game tickets for Gopher Football home games at TCF Bank Stadium on sale Monday (August 30) morning.

A limited number of tickets are available for each home game this season. Ticket prices are $60 each for each of the four Big Ten games, plus the USC game on Sept. 18. The South Dakota and Northern Illinois tickets will sell for $50 each.

Tickets will be on sale at 9 a.m. and may be purchased on-line at www.gophersports.com, by phone at 1-800-UGOPHER and in person at the Gopher ticket office at Mariucci Arena.

I dont recall them offering this last year. I have been trying to get Iowa tickets the last couple of days but can't get through so hopefully a lot of Gopher fans bought them up and plan on using them. I hope the rest of the games besides USC have less than 1,000.

It's to bad people on the fence believe everything Ruesse says. People say winning will take care of that. But only supporting a team because they win is pathetic and are no fans at all.

There are still tickets available for every game. The website has been flakey but tickets are still available for every game. On Monday the supply is made available to a larger pool of buyers. Hopefully that larger pool is enough to totally sell out some of the games.

The website still says that a limited number of season tickets are still available. Perhaps Monday they cease selling season tickets, and take the seats that they've held in reserve for possible last minute season ticket buyers and release them for single game buyers.

$60? I will just get them for 1/3 that much on stubhub the week of the game.
