I'm really hoping Jerry Kill can get fully healthy and continue to build the gopher football program.
However, if a permanent change must be made, then that means most or all of the current assistants will likely be let go.
The silver lining is that these assistants have apparently been in high demand by other programs, so at least they should all have a place to land, and from all previous reports, their moves should result in promotions and pay raises. From a career standpoint, it will be a net positive...not that they are looking at it like this....
