Sightline Issue

There is some sort of wireless antenna contraption on both sides near midfield and sticks up about 15 feet. If one sits near midfield in a lower row, it is very annoying and blocks clear viewing. Anyone else notice this? I can't believe it couldn't be lowered and still be operable.
