This is a team that won three games. If a coach came into that situation and DIDN'T say that it was would take a lot of work to build this team, that would be peculiar at best. We're not saying anything the coach isn't saying, and if you have a problem with the coach's assessment, take it up with him.

I agree with RR. There's nothing Kill is saying that should arch an eyebrow here. He's laying out clear expectations and I'm happy to see that.

I don't know why anyone would not expect Kill to have negative comments about the program. Anyone that watched last season saw that it was a train wreck, except for the last few games. As Kill said, if things were good the position would not be open. However, based on Kill's track record, I think this guy can turn these players into winners.
