Dont sleep on Ellis. Also. We land Schilling and things get interesting.

Ellis currently ranked #3 in Illinois hoops. Not bad considering #1 player in country is the first guy.

He was likely nominated to be a McD AA. Hundreds of players are nominated but 2-3 star players never make the cut.

Ok that makes sense. Is there only one McDonalds All-American game? The article makes it seem like he is playing in THE All American game...

Yes, there is only one McDonalds AA game and they select 24 players (12 East and 12 West)

I believe Kris Humphries-Kardashian and Rick Rickert played in those games.

A brilliant insight. If there are two equal teams, one of whom has a tougher schedule, that team will likely have a worse record. Alternatively, if one team has a tougher schedule but the same record as another team, the team with the tougher schedule will likely be ranked higher.
