use it. It also lacks appropriate heating
and ventilation. The steel structure
of the facility appears to be in good
condition, however the roof and wall
panels are badly deteriorated and are
in need of immediate replacement.
Numerous reports of it “raining” inside
the facility were reported. Lighting is
also in need of replacement.

No problem. And just for reference. The scoreboard at AT&T stadium for Dallas is 90 ft above the field. I remember people making a big deal that punts might hit it but I don't think it has been any sort of an issue. So, agree...20 feet should cure most, if not all, of the punting issues.
