Sid: Ace Rogers is not expecting to get a medical redshirt

What are the facts? Does anyone recall when (what game) did Ace get injured?

It is very confusing as to how all this works. According to Claeys the problem is that in order to get a sixth year they need to prove that his red shirt was not Ace's decision.:banghead:

Yeah, it's losing a year for a reason outside of your control. It is why the Mbakwe case was interesting. Is getting accused of a crime and being forced to sit out really "outside of the player's control"?

Thanks Bob for the clarification. It reminds me a little of this other famous clarification, "It depends upon what the definition of 'is' is."

If the player isn't guilty, then it absolutely is out of their control.
