Shurna is way better then "bullseye" blake..

Curious as to why you are bringing up Shurna. Has anybody ever compared Shurna and Blake on this board? I know a lot of people have gone as far to say Blake is the best 3 point shooter in the conference, but to make a thread like this is pretty dumb. Replying to this thread may be even more dumb.
 

im just saying, most of his shots tonite hes been trying to hit the 3...and hitting the back iron...fhking joke if u ask me. i cant wait tell hes gone..I like it when he can shoot though.

Some people just don't have any type of knowledge of the game of basketball. I think anyone with even a slight understanding knows how valuable Hoffarber is to this team, so we can just be comfortable with that. No need to argue or debate.

I can't believe this is starting again. I was sure the Hoff haters were so discredited that they would never subject the rest of us to this nonsense again.

I never flamed before, in years on this board. But, this is to much.
 



believe me guys, im such a fan...im the biggest gopher fan. Its a love/hate relationship. He needs to do some more jump shots...
 

First of all, the comparison is inane. Its like comparing apples and oranges, their games are too different.

Second, Hoffarber is one of the best (top 5 for sure) 3-point shooters in the college game. Its easy to complain when he misses a few in a row, but if you took a minute to think about it, you would realize that he hits on half of his attempts.
 

Hoffarber has shown throughout his career that he can turn a game around with his shooting. It can hit several in a very short period. That alone gets the opponents attention. Even when he is having a bad night shooting, he is still very valuable. The defense has to know where he is at all times.
 

I'm puzzled. . .

Is it that TcGophers should have stopped after the first twelve pack or that the Maui Wowie he had gotten a hold of was just soo good?
