This is pretty common, right? I wasn't aware the exact amount, but I would have been surprised if there wasn't a performance based incentive in the contract.

Given that, within the last three years, he has subjected the fans to one historically awful season and another season featuring an unmitigated second half collapse, he should forfeit $500,000 of his compensation for the current year.

saved me a couple thousand-plus a couple more not making the sweet sixteen.

Glad I went to NY in November back when the team was complete and semi healthy and good. That was fun--while it lasted.
