Shooter: Kill still hasn't received the contract adjustment he was promised

Not another cent until the Axe returns and we bring home a bowl trophy.

Isn't a contract a promise?
So if it isn't in the contract it isn't really a promise. More like an idea.

Not a big deal. If our illustrious pos governor would have kept to his own business, this would have been done long ago. It will get done soon.

If Kill's Epilepsy remains under control, and there is not reason to think it will not, this pay and trust issue is going to become a problem.

Kill has shown in the past, like 95% of his peers, that he will jump ship and move up a to a higher level job when offered if the money and timing are right. If Kill can win a West Division title someone will back up the Brinks truck and offer him a job that he will probably take. This becomes a lot easier if he really is not getting something now that Norwood told him would happen, like a raise or "shovel in the ground"

On the opposite side, if they do not wait too long an offer him a bigger deal, he might be open to staying, especially if he thinks he has the talent (and his type of players) in place to win big here I the next 5 years. Some of those other schools might have the talent as well, just not the right coach. I would be concerned about KSU, if they have not already decided on who will replace Snyder.
