Kevin Stallings and his Vanderbilt staff have added a solid inside scorer and rebounder in Shelby Moats. According to various sources including ESPN the Vanderbilt Commodores have received a commitment from 6-9 power forward Shelby Moats from Waconia, MN High.

Moats who has the ability to face the hoop, knock down the 18-footer or roll to blocks and score with either hand. He is a solid rebounder who will add depth from day one in Nashville.

He chose Vanderbilt over interest from Iowa, Washington State, and Northwestern.
