Likeable & charismatic guy (despite the post-Selection Sunday whining), but at some point you have to produce NCAA bids at a school of Virginia Tech's ilk. 1 bid in 9 seasons isn't getting it done, even sharing a conference with Duke and UNC.

I can't wait to see him hired as an analyst somewhere. He's great for that, before he gets another coaching gig.
