Earlier this week, someone started a thread about an article from the Sporting News (I believe) that recapped the Cal game and it said the Bears "whipped" the Gophers, even though anyone who watched the game knows that wasn't the case.

Well, John Saunders on ABC just said the Minnesota was "all over" Northwestern suggesting the Gophs cruised to an easy win.

Somehow, I doubt anyone on the NU board will be up in arms about it

Agreed, which is why the mute button is the best invention ever. I can't believe how much more enoyment I get our of the game except for that 1-2 games a year when I can actually stomach the announcers/network.
