I'd go with 27. 13 is getting pretty low, into that territory where you wonder if it was a 2 yard gain or a 2 yard loss due to your view. I want to be row 18 or higher in the first deck, but that may just be me.
 

I used to sit in row 16, have moved to row 20 and am still looking to back up a few more rows. I say 27.
 






Agree. I am in row 18 and that is about as low as I would be willing to go.
 

We have two in row 30 and two in row 31. Same seat numbers in both row. We have been trying to get four in the same row, but this works out fine. Love being under the overhang. Last year we stayed dry during the one game it did rain. We use to be in row 17 ( to low, don't get a good feel of the play on the field). Went to row 27 and that was good. We moved to row 30 & 31 to get the four seats together.
