season ticket improvement request

I contacted the ticket office regarding the chances (I knew they were slim) of improving my season tickets.

The response:
Unfortunately we will not be able to improve your season tickets this year. This year we had about a 97% renewal rate so improvements into chair back seats were minimal. In fact the last person who received an improvement into a chair back seat had a history of 1991 just like yourself. The person was moved into Section 215, which is slightly worse than your current location. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>

A couple more years with Northern Illinois as the marquee non-conference matchup and you'll be in chairbacks with a couple of seats next to you for your coats.

I was finally able to get a slight seating improvement. Now have side-by-side seats in the same section (formerly 1 in front of the other). Only had to move up 2 rows, so I thought it was worth it.
