Seantrel starting at RT against the 'Noles...

It's not that nobody cares, it's just that there is nothing we can do about it now. He didn't come to the U. He chose (at least) two schools over us, and the best of luck to him, but get over it. We would have the same record right now if he played for us anyways.

Why exactly should we care that he is starting at RT for a team that has nothing to do with the Gophers? Just because I couldn't care less about him does not mean that I didn't want him here or that he will be a good player.

BUT...BUT....BUT....BUT....Jimmy Gjere is better than Henderson even though he's redshirting and can't even contribute to the O-line on one of the worst FBS team in the country....

I'm only interested in hearing if Sean is sitting with Luther Campbell. Getting a spot on the 2 Live Crew Reunion Tour might have sealed the deal for Miami.

Have to admit, the kid made the right choice. Being around here would have submarined any NFL prospects he had. Good luck to him.

2 Live is 2 old. He's sitting at the 50 yard line with Trick Daddy and Rick Ross.

I would hope the number 1 (alleged) prospect in the country could start for a .500 football team.

I saw Larry Fitzgerald started for Arizona today. Good for him!

This seems like an odd statement considering how you've blasted this kid.

But starting for a true freshman is obviously an impressive accomplishment. Ronald Powell has done almost nothing in limited PT for the Gators (4-2). Kyle Prater hasn't done a thing for USC. Sharrif Floyd hasn't done much. The list goes on and on.

Basketball on grass.

That was always his favorite sport anyway, wasn't it?

Apparently you didn't get hit with any of the sarcasm that was dripping from my response.
Seantrell has all the potential in the world, at this point he is not a very good football player. I've blasted the kid as not being anything close to the best player in this class in the country. He is not close. To be a 1st round draft pick like everyone assumed he would be, he is going to have to improve greatly on a number of things. Including but not limited to: Blocking elite pass rushers (has only faced them at AA combine and was destroyed), finishing run blocks, the mental side. We'll see how he holds up. I hope the best for the kid. It is bad for MN high school football in general if he flops. I have ripped him a bunch, but I never said I wouldn't take him in a heartbeat. I simply said he was not close to the top high school football player in the country last year because he wasn't close.
