Seantrel Not Coming

Yes that really added a lot of new information to the equation. He'll either come here or not. Who cares what some Johnny Jackass who knows less than the rest of us typed in his blog.

This article is nothing more than speculation (just like all of the other articles). While I don't hold much hope he will become a Gopher, we'll all know the answer tomorrow at 4:30 pm and we won't have to read any more speculation.

This paragraph (the third one in) says everything you need to know about the article:

"Not a person that can be found on earth knows what school Henderson is going to go with, and a dry run a few hours ago in the CBS College studios wielded no hint of it, either."

Meh, while I have lost hope of him coming here, he is basing his belief on nothing more than the fact that other sites believe that we are out of the running. None of the sites, including this one, have no real idea of what school Seantrel is going to choose. They are just making assumptions.

This article is nothing more than speculation and opinion.

Especially with everyone telling him that Minnesota is "Out". This stuff about Brewster being a bad recruiter is a load of bull. You do get a little sick of hearing it when it is nothing more than speculation. Dude's(SH) gotta be feeling it the pressure of expectations, all of the good people that he has met, a lot of good and quality coaches and the disappointment that many will feel. Ultimately the dude is going to have to decide where he fit's best and what is best for him in college. I do not envy anyone that has gone through what he is going through. The million posts about him, the speculation, the camera's and media attention. One thing you can tell from the Sansevere interview, the Fox9 reports the Gopher hole interview with Nadine that his dad did, is that his parent's raised a good kid and that he can be proud of his upbringing. He treated all of the coaches well, has not badmouthed anyone or schools, and being from Minnesota even if he doesn't go to school here he has conduct himself like most Minnesotan's would, thoughtful and how we would want to be treated. They, him and his parents have been more than accommodating to all of the coaches, at least they gave coach Brew and his staff the last shot, that was more than fair I think, and a lot of respect to "Home".

This will not be a popular opinion, I didn't think I would feel this way, but he is one kid I will root for being from here no matter what he decides, Gophers or another school.

Of course it would be easiest to cheer for him as a Gopher, I would be a liar if I said otherwise, I'm a Gopher fan first, but if he chooses another school I will still root for him because for the first time a kid that was in the #1 spot,at least this last five years gave the Gophers an honest look and a good shake. He seems to be the first that was genuine in his interest in being a Gopher and he has never once bad mouthed the Gophers or dissed our coaches like other recruits that have left Minnesota. That is a credit to him and his parents. Good luck to the young man, enjoy your college years(They can be golden), it is a fun time, and enjoy playing ball while it last, because time goes by fast.

Did this Mike character already remove the article? It says it's not there anymore.

Quick! Somebody start a thread about how we KNOW Seantrel is coming now that this dude took down his article saying he WASN'T coming.

Who in the hell is this so called writer a Wisconsin fan?? This guy has no clue what he is talking about and is trying to be like the rest of the wanna-be sites giving their predictions without an ounce of fact or truth.

Oh by the way, it seems like they pulled down the blog/article because it is no longer there

I just read it. Maybe the bandwidth was an issue or an edit was made. As was stated, the article regurgitated what we already know.

how can you criticize an article like for being all about speculation, when thats what this ENTIRE day is about?? seriously, Tom Lemming or the other experts continually get things like this wrong all the freaking time, and their track record is no better than independent sites, blogs etc.

think about the class grades how often do those really pan out to what they're supposed to be?

At least this original site got it right! And least his prediction came true

And just in case it wasn't obvious from the above post, I just wanted to add that this day is FAR FROM my favorite day in the college football calendar. I just think it's much ado about nothing

You are right. Recruiting talent to a program means nothing.

The criticism is that this dude came on here trying to pimp his blog by posting an article full of rehashed information that everyone already knew in the first place. I know the game and that you are trying to get as many hits as possible but the article offered absolutely nothing that was not already known.

And I wouldn't necessarily call it an "original" site. Granted I only read the one post but to consider a site original I would need it to offer some sort of original info.
