where does your obsessive hatred for the University of Wisconsin come from? honestly curious? I'm not sure why you think it sucks so bad. It gets resounding praise from across the nation for their academics and athletic department, I'm just wondering why, in your opinion, the school sucks so badly.
 

IMO Schnoodler is just a level headed guy that calls it like he sees it (with better than 20/20 vision).

I think he meant the state as a whole. I like WI. I don't care much for IL, now there is a state we can all dislike!
 

I spent close to a year doing military training in Rantoul, Illinois. I think the state tree is corn.

Yeah! The only thing worse than a FIBy, is a FIBy-TAB! ;) Don't get me started on Springfield.
 

It comes from all of the trolling on here

by badger fans most of whom could not get into college at all. Drive around western Wisconsin and you will know what I am talking about. These are fat nasty ugly dirty slobs who are just taking up air.
On a side note, the U of M has a better athletic department and facilities than Wisconsin. A school that does not have a baseball team is automatically disqualified as a legimate Division One athletic department.
I mean really, the basketball and hockey teams share an arena? Get real

From who, you and other Badger fans? Wisconsin is middle of the pack or worse in the conference in every sport, except maybe cross country. All B10 schools are great academic institutions, no doubt, but Wisconsin is like all the rest. Only NU and Michigan have set themselves apart academically. Unless, of course, you ask a Badger like yourself.

I've lived in Minneapolis and Chicago, but absolutely can't stand the taint between.:D
