Samantha Seliger-Swenson commits to Minnesota!!

That's right folks!

Top Sophomore Setter Samantha Seliger-Swenson has just committed to the University of Minnesota following the gopher victory against Illinois this afternoon. She was in attendance behind the gopher bench.

This summer she played 2 years up on Northern Lights top 17s team and won MVP of the AAU Nationals two years above her age as her team won Nationals.

Minnesota fans: This is huge news for the program! We will be in good hands at setter for years to come now with Schau and SSS setting to the likes of Santana, H. Tapp, P. Tapp, Capezio, Hauer, etc...

There are mumblings that the gophers are passing on a few solid recruits, which may signal some big fish on the horizon for '14. We'll see how it plays out.
