Sad News....Rob Smith

I don't know if it's been posted elsewhere, but Rob Smith who played 2 years for Coach Wacker died 9/25/12 after a battle with leukemia. After 2 years of playing football and baseball, Rob decided to concentrate on baseball his last 2 years at the U. I think he was all-conference his senior year.

Rob was a really good guy.....he had a wife and 2 little kids.

That is a shame - we don't always keep up with people after they make their contributions. No one should die that young. Prayers are with his widow and children...
