The last few games I've seen a move out of Ralph (spinning past his man into the middle ending with a short lean-back jumper) that has me flashing back to Mychal Thompson.
**Don't overreact - I'm not saying he's the next Mychal or that he's as good, or his entire game reminds me of MT - just that particular move.
I think it's the position his legs end up in (almost reminds me a little of "sitting back" with his heels coming up) that contributes to the strong resemblance. I know many of you will harp on Ralph's lack of moves taking it to the rim strong and not depending on the fade-away - and that is fair criticism, but it's a nice move to have in his repertoire and makes me smile thinking back to those mid-70's gopher teams with Bells in the middle.
