It's still very early, but the RPI is gradually taking shape. To this point, what stands out is the strength of schedule (SOS) rankings among B1G teams. Most teams still have a notable nonconference game (or 2) to play, but I wouldn't expect there to be drastic changes between now and the B1G season.
Illinois, Northwestern and Wisconsin probably are the 3 teams with the best opportunities to hike up their SOS before the B1G season kicks off. The Gophers aren't likely to get much bounce from the remainder of their nonconference schedule, though undefeated NDSU is hangin' around at #75 in the RPI.
