What's the early word on Rodney Williams so far? How is he looking? Has he built off his NIT success and continued to develop his game?

Only saw him a few times in the off-season. Didn't notice any significant changes to his game, but it's hard to judge in the setting that it was in. I believe I remember Tubby saying that his conditioning has stood out compared to past seasons, but I might be remembering wrong.

I would love to see Rodney develop a little turn around jumper 4-to-8 feet from the basket where he can use the backboard. With his quick leaping skills he should be able to post up and score at will if he would ever develop that little shot.
