Road Games vs. Ranked Opponents

I've read a lot about how our win yesterday at Nebraska was our first road win over a ranked opponent since winning at Ohio State in 2000, but what about at Michigan in 2005? If I can recall, the Wolverines were ranked at the time.

BTN doesn't like to let facts get in the way of a good story. On the post game show, they had a graphic up how this is the first time Minnesota won 8 games in back to back years since 1960-1961. Except we did it in 2002 and 2003. Oh well.
