Road Games - Student Travel

Does the U, booster club or any other group coordinate student transportation and tickets to road games?

Iowa students had access to MN game tickets(allottment) and a round trip bus for $10/apiece.

I've never seen anything. I would doubt it though, since it apparently somehow costs approx. $1.4 million to send the band to the state fair on Minnesota Day, or at least so I've read on this board....
