Another law suit in the making?

Leading the way something called “Students for Socialism”.

I would say this group’s title defines today’s left perfectly.

We shall see. I'm happy to admit when I'm wrong, but I don't see this at all as a slam dunk million dollar win.
Hanging with Proud Boys playing "the Circle Game" while they sang "Proud to be Your Boy" to him might have been a costly decision....

KG is correct. Sandman got millions and we know it because there was an NDA. If they hadn't buckled and paid him off- the media would be crowing that they beat the kid.
Millions. We know it.

Why do you lie? (And then whine about the media?)

The non existence of a thing proves its existence. That's good work, folks.

If he had a rock solid case, he wouldn't have settled, he would have shot the moon. It was "go away" money.

"Our sweet little boy is now under the care of Jesus," Sparks' obituary says. "Jackson loved baseball and played for the Waukesha Blazers. When not playing baseball, or slam-dunking basketballs throughout the house, Jackson enjoyed fishing, catching frogs, and playing with his brother Tucker and his dog Qi’ra."

Incorrect. He had a rock solid case. Which is exactly why he got paid a ton. Again, the media would have gladly told the world that we paid the kid a couple hundred grand to get lost. But that's not what happened. I have common sense on my side. You have your ideology to save, so you simply cannot admit that the media wronged him, because that cuts into everything else you have believed that they have told you... I realize that is uncomfortable for you. The grim reality for you here....Howie agrees with you.

Sorry to burst your bubble ... but Sandmann got $50k in his settlement.

Sure, he probably made a nice dime getting paid to show up at various big conservative conferences, and for a book deal, etc.

Ritt will get those things too, I suppose.

His lawyers let it go for 50K when they get a cut. Ya, ah........ok!
Not even respected. Respectable....with a picture of Goofy. Lawyer fees were probably more than $50k, C'mon Man!

KR will get much more, and you know it.
Because?

Not a chance.

He doesn't need it anyway. He has it made in the shade. Appearances, book deal, hell probably a movie deal.

Murdering someone and then lying on the stand, will get you places in this country.

This case is 100x what that situation was.
Don't care. Needs to prove a point that you can't slander people without reprocussions.
You're not wrong about murdering will get you places. O.J Simpson and Carol Baskins are great examples of this. Fortunately, anybody with a brain that actually watched the trial saw it was clearly self defense.

You have to prove that not only were the statements by the press were false, but that they knew they were false. Not that they should know, or that "a good organization would check that", but that they had in their possession information that it was false, and decided to run the story anyway. All kinds of "false" things are said as stories develop.
So, which false statements do you think are going to be the payday, keeping in mind the timeline of the story?
I'm not defending the press here, I'm pointing out this revenge fantasy isn't a slam dunk. Especially since it seems to be predicated on the very not proven idea Sandman successfully did it.

Good points. Going after them could be counter productive if it would actually go to court and they would lose. I'm hoping the white supremacist comments that continue to be pushed will be what earns the victory as he could have been imitating Justin Jefferson at the bar with those supposed "Proud Boys"

That photo and other things not allowed in his original trial will be shown again and again. His social media history will be opened up as well. This is not going to be easy.

Didn't it come out in the trial that his twitter handle is "4doorsmorewhores" and he supports Trump and the Police?

Show me which mainstream media source said that.
Pardon me for not wasting my time finding specific clips for you. "White supremacist" and "went there to kill" are the two narratives pushed by your side. Btw, still waiting on you to confirm that you are NOT a pedo sympathizer.
