Rittenberg: SEC's hilarious attempt to stop Franklin

But maybe it's better that the SEC coaches dig in on this issue. Remember, they're all about fairness and honor in recruiting.

And 37-man recruiting classes.

Hilarious.

It's fine, but Franklin acts and thinks like an SEC guy through and through.

I'm very surprised the other Big Ten schools haven't done this yet.

It shows a lot of these guys aren't the smartest folks around. Someone really smart and motivated would either thoroughly examine the rules or have an assistant thoroughly read the rules and exploit every possible advantage. The first rule of any game or system (board games, card games, politics, law, etc.) is to know the rules better than your opponent. The Big Ten coaches seem to be failing.

Unlike the morally reprehensible Big Ten, the SEC prohibits coaches from working at camps beyond 50 miles from campus. Again, it's all about integrity in that league.

This might be the funniest thing I've read in a long time.:D
