Guest services assisted us lately. Mrs. Billd has a very bad habit of leaving her phone in restrooms. She did it in Orlando at the Outback Bowl and against USC here a few weeks ago. For the USC game, someone turned it in, Guest Services dispatched a rep to our seat, and she got it back.

The first step of course is turning it in. Kudos Bnk for that action. Hopefully it is returned to the rightful owner. Ski U Mah.
