I would like to apologize if I offended you in the "Leaving Early" thread. I used to work in Healthcare for children & adults who had development disabilities and know it is not a laughing matter at all. I know how tough it must be to have a child who has down syndrome and am deeply sorry for using the word "Retarded." Where I'm from it's simply a slang term used to describe a dumb act and it leaks over into my internet vocab every once and a while. I can't sit here and promise I won't ever use it again because it's just one of those words I use but I will try not to on this board knowing your situation. Should you see it in the future from me just give me a small reminder, I'll try to find a replacement for it.

I hope this doesn't affect my prediction points.

And, no, it doesn't affect your prediction points. (The only time it would is if I put a poster on the "ignore" list due to its use -- there's only one poster on the b'ball board who's reached that point. Can't include the prediction if I don't read the post - )
