Per his 1500AM blog. Looks like Pat is still bitter about looking foolish when Maturi didn't whack Monson a few years back. He makes a good point though, that there's no love lost between Joel & Tim. Plus, Monson wasn't Maturi's mistake.

Brings up an interesting point. I wonder what personal qualities Joel admired in Brewster so much that got him the job that Brewster lost (or never really had) and now seem to be part of some very well-veiled tension between the two.

The fact that a search consultancy firm was shoving him down his throat regardless of who else was available????
