It's one thing that the Gophers came out and played well at home against an opponent that was favored to roll into TCF and leave with a win.

But I couldn't be happier with how they responded to yet another "Oh Sh!t" start to a game. Three-and-out to start, shank punt, 40-yard run, then TD Purdue

After multiple starts to BT games like that already this year, it wouldn't have been shocking to see them struggle, while Purdue rolled

Who knows, maybe after facing so much adversity and early deficits, these guys are learning, slowly but surely, how to keep it together when things go bad early. It cost them a few winnable games already, but hopefully it starts paying dividends thru the last 4 games!!!

How they responded to another crap start was almost as impressive as the final outcome. Hats off to the team as a whole.

I couldn't agree more Ogee. Answering that first score on the long drive with that beautiful pass to cap it off. Then more great passes and giving our defense a chance to do what they do best (rush the QB and play the pass).
Also very pleased that our kicking game delivered and got some confidence, the Oline and running game also had some positive work in the second half. Great win!
