This is a completely useless article because it never says whet happens in the other conferences. How are we to know that the SEC isn't STRICTER than the PAC-12, Big 12,...?

Unless you commit a crime along the lines of something like quadruple homicide, you probably don't have to worry much about any sort of penalty if you're in the SEC.
